Rehearse the conversation before it happens.

LyndaCare gives aged care teams a safe place to practise hard conversations out loud, and gives educators the evidence to sign off competence.

Next, a named educator at your organisation reads this, listens where they need to, and makes the finding. No score. No percentage. Their name on it.

The person you speak with is simulated by AI. Carol is fictional, like everyone in the library.

Some conversations you only get one chance at.

Each of these opened somewhere in aged care this week. Workers walk into them cold. LyndaCare lets them walk in prepared.

How it works

Step 1

Rehearse

Pick a conversation and speak out loud with a simulated person who talks back. Six to ten minutes. You can stop at any moment.

Step 2

Review your own record

See what you said against a short checklist of observable behaviours, with your own words quoted back as evidence. You see it first. You can contest it.

Step 3

Your educator signs

A named educator at your organisation reviews the record and makes the competence finding. The software never does.

Same worker. Same moment. Two days apart.

Carol asks what happens now. The record does not give a mark. It shows the words changing.

First rehearsal. Monday.

Developing

"Um, the physio will have a look at her, and, yeah, someone will be in touch about the review I think."

Carol: "Someone. When?"

Third rehearsal. Wednesday.

Consistent

"The physio sees her tomorrow morning and we review her falls plan this week. I'll call you Thursday with what changed. Does Thursday work?"

Carol: "Thursday. Yes. Thank you."

Behaviour on the checklist: set out what happens next, and when. Fictional worker, fictional scenario.

Evidence you can stand behind. In the worker's own words.

No scores. No percentages. Each behaviour on the checklist sits beside the worker's own words, so the educator signs a finding they have seen with their own eyes.

A signed sample record. Fictional scenario, fictional names.

When someone asks how you know your people can do this, you have an answer.

Outcome 2.9 of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards asks a provider to run a training system and to give workers regular competency based training. LyndaCare records what a worker rehearsed and what a named educator found.

Demonstrated, not declared

Evidence of what each worker said and did in a rehearsal, signed by a named educator. Not a certificate for watching a video.

A cohort view

See which conversations your team finds hardest and where support is needed, across sites. Cohort views only. No leaderboards.

A record that holds

Who rehearsed what, how it went, and who signed the finding. Ready when a reviewer, a board or a family asks.

The plain facts

Built with workers, not on them.

A tool people are forced onto teaches them to game it. So every worker holds the first look at their own record, and the right to push back.

A hard conversation goes well when you see the person.

LyndaCare comes from People Tech Revolution's immersive learning work in health, and from years alongside older people through The Ageing Revolution. Every simulated person arrives with a life behind the opening line. Workers who see the life have the better conversation.
